Beginning with his undergraduate education at Stony Brook University, where he completed his studies before earning his medical degree with honors from the New York College of Medicine, Dr. Siano has built a strong academic foundation for his clinical work. He completed an internal medicine internship through the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Nassau University Medical Center, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery and obtained board certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology, solidifying his expertise in both medical and surgical retina care while maintaining active involvement in leading professional organizations dedicated to high-quality eye care.
